Terms & Conditions 6800 — Platform Usage Rules
Please read this document carefully before using 6800's services. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
These terms apply to all users of the 6800 platform in Malaysia. Effective date: 1 January 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 6800 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on the platform.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. If you do not meet this age requirement or do not agree to any of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. 6800 reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time and to suspend accounts that do not comply with this requirement.
The 6800 platform operates for users in Malaysia. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of this service complies with the local laws applicable to them. 6800 makes no representation that this service is suitable or permitted outside of Malaysia.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 6800 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, mobile number, and any other details requested.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any third party who gains access to it. Please notify the 6800 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
6800 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
As a user of the 6800 platform, you agree to comply with all rules and policies set out herein. You are not permitted to engage in any of the following activities:
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or in any dealings with the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technologies to manipulate the platform, games, or payment systems.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity using the 6800 platform.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes through unauthorised means.
- Transferring or selling your account to another party.
- Abusing the customer support system or sending offensive communications to 6800 staff.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, balance freeze, and legal action where warranted.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 6800 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via supported local payment methods, including online bank transfers through FPX and approved e-wallets. Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
All deposits are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are correct before confirming any transaction. 6800 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, subject to any identity verification that may be required. 6800 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals for security and compliance review purposes. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained in violation of these terms may result in a freeze of those funds.
Users must ensure that all funds deposited to the platform belong to them and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. 6800 complies with applicable legal requirements relating to anti-money laundering.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The 6800 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, 6800 does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or unaffected by technical disruptions beyond our control.
6800 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:
- Inability to access the platform due to technical disruptions, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Game or betting outcomes that the user considers unsatisfactory.
- Losses arising from unauthorised use of the platform due to the user's failure to keep their account secure.
- Third-party links or services accessible through the 6800 platform.
Where the 6800 platform contains links to third-party websites or services, those links are provided for user convenience only. 6800 does not control third-party website content and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or conduct.
6. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
6800 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at 6800's sole discretion. Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any eligible balance will be returned to the user upon completion of investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements. Balances will not be returned if an account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach of these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 6800 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of 6800 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written permission from 6800.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
6800 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through the mechanisms provided under applicable Malaysian law.
